Step 1: Choose your Mobile Travel Fee
Travel fees are flat rates calculated by the one-way driving distance from our central base in Springfield, PA 19064.
Local Zone (0-15 miles): $40
Mid-Range Zone (16-35 miles): $70
Extended Zone (36-55 miles): $110
After-Hours Surcharge/Premium Surcharge (8pm - 8am): $+35
Step 2: Choose Your Service Bundle
Option A: Single Document/General Notary
Best for individual forms like a single Will, Power of Attorney, Deed, or Affidavit.
PA Statutory Fee: $5.00 per notary stamp
How to calculate: [Travel Zone fee] + [$5 x Number of Stamps]
Example: 1 document signed in Media, Pa (7 miles away) + $40 (Travel) + $5 (Stamp)= $45 total.
Option B: Trust & Estate Delivery Bundle (Up to 30 Docs)
Built for Estate Planning Attorneys and private clients with comprehensive Living Trust packages.
Base Package Rate: $175 (Plus your Travel Zone Fee)
What is included:
Up to 1.5 hours of dedicated, unhurried time at the signing table.
All required notary stamps within the 30-document bundle.
Thorough verification of client IDs and coordination of required witnesses.
Add-On Document Management:
Printing and professional binding od dual document sets: +$45
Option C: Real Estate Escrow & Loan Closing
Streamlines for Title Companies, Escrow Officers, and Mortgage Lenders.
Standard Closing Flat Fee (0 to 25 miles): $150
Extended Closing Flat Fee (26 to 55 miles): $200
What is Included:
Full printing of electronic loan packages (signer copy + Closing copy).
Strict attention to high-error documents (Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, PCOR).
Rapid secure scan backs and same day drop off at FedEx/UPS
Option D: Global Apostille & Authentication Services
For clients sending documents out of the country (e.g., study abroad, international adoptions, marriage & birth certificate, corporate expansion, or overseas property sales and more.)
Standard Concierge Flat Fee: $175 for the first document (Plus your Travel Zone Fee if picking up in person)
Additional Documents: $75 per additional document processed in the same batch.
What is Included:
Complete pre-screening of your documents to ensure valid PA notarial certificates.
Handling and management of all state-required forms.
Payment of the standard state filing fee to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Tracked, secure shipping to the Department of State and back to you.
Add-on Remote Option: Don’t want to meet in person? We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) to legally notarize your records digitally before submitting them for an Apostille.
Translation Services: If your target country requires non-English records, we coordinate with certified translation partners to ensure total compliance.
